How It All Started
SD Repair and Maintenance was founded on a lifetime of dedication to boats and service. Our story begins in Michigan, where our founder discovered a passion for boating at an early age. He started his career with Tiara Yachts, gaining valuable hands-on experience in quality craftsmanship and marine systems that set the stage for his future.
That strong foundation led him to proudly serve in the United States Marine Corps in San Diego, where he carried forward the values of discipline, integrity, and commitment. During this time, he married, started a family, and continued to build a life grounded in service and hard work.
When our family moved to Florida, we not only found a new home but also a way of life. From sunny afternoons on the water to weekends exploring the Gulf Coast with our kids, the Florida boating lifestyle deepened our love for the ocean and the community around it.
